Scheduling/Warehouse Coordinator

Scheduling coordinator needed to fulfill multiple duties in busy cabinet and countertop offices. The ideal candidate will be very detailed and highly organized. Some of the responsibilities will include:
  • Unloading and loading trucks
  • Kit cabinets and components for installation and delivery
  • Coordinate between sales team and installers
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Making phone calls and sending email reminders for upcoming appointments
  • Maintaining daily and weekly calendars
  • Have excellant written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to actively listen and be open to making accommodations
  • Have data entry/typing skills
  • Work with internal departments to assign appropriate employees to perform scheduled tasks
One year minimum warehouse experience preferred. 

Company will provide:
